Not worth the $. The translations are dumb. Dont waste your time or money.

I like it. I find it very useful when I require Gangster Slang to be translated!

Only true gangstas email in gangsta speak! Itd be cool if these worked for text messages, but Ive heard thats a limitation of the iPhone API.

If you put in "talked" it will come out "raped" WTF?

Easy to use, just type in what you want to say in Gansta and email it. I use to email my homies who speak gansta better than I do :)

I wish I could have used this dollar on tooothpicks.. waste of money..

They should work on getting vocabulary inputted for direct word translations I would suggest checking ebonic Internet sources also would like to see a direct to text message feature. I praise the developer on such a creative product but I would still call it a work in progress

Dont buy this app. The people who wrote this think the black software engineer two cubes over from Stanford, grew up in compton & got in on afirmative action. Seriously, if you wrote the sytax scripts on this, go F***ing kill Urself, because your making this world a sader place. I know ike/Katrina ran all you Coonass racist pr**ks out of east Texas/Louisiana, but Christ, who let you use a computer???

This is a really good idea that goes NOWHERE. If you tried this lingo on an actual gangsta, hed whoop your... You get my drift. Its lame. I think they have a 14 year old white girl coming up with the translations. You get nothing but words with letters cut off the end and "phat." I was at least expecting to get a "janky" or something. 80s style. Instead of getting this, go rent a Kid N Play movie - youll get more recent slang from that. I know its cheap, but if youre going to put your name on it & come up with the idea, at least put some effort into the content.

You reviewers are way to angry, reading those i thought you all were a bunch of gangsters. Bad language everywhere, im surprised apple didnt punt your posting. I enjoy using the gangsta app for sending messages all mixed up, its classic! Nothing has to be perfect, and i cant understand why people want to be so negative all the time. Good looks p-net!

I actually find this app very fun. I like to sit there and just think of random sentences to translate. To those of you that think this app is racist towards blacks, think again. You are being racist yourself, for claiming that this app is against blacks. The apps picture is a mexican for gods sake. Besides, blacks are not the only people that talk like that. Whites, mexicans, and some other races also talk like that. So all you saying this Is racist, youre wrong.

Notice how they put a black kid as the gangster, I love how much stereo-types my people get. And just to let the dumbass that made this app rappers dont talk like this...even the gangster rappers

I could come up with better slang then this, but this is the only app that even does or attempts this, well, that Ive found... For next update, please add some radnom words in there that everyone now a days say...
